P2000 G3 Logs

Running into trouble with your P2000 controllers.

Log a ticket with HP if you have support. If not, create a log and work through the log to see what the issue’s are

OPEN Windows Command Prompt

type: ftp <IP address of P2000>

then run Get logs <File name.zip>

Run the log and it will be saved in the location where your Command prompt opened.

I personally would browse to c:/Temp the FTP and run the logs.


Try and reseat the Controllers one by one. Remember it can take about 10 min to failover.
