Lync/Skype client can’t send a message to anyone internally

If a user Lync/Skype client can’t send a message to anyone internally or externally follow the following steps

1.Sign the user out of Lync/Skype Client and close the client

2.Browse to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\office\15.0\Lync folder

3.Delete the SIP.Username folder and clear down the tracing folder with any files that can be deleted.

4.The open Reg edit as Administrator

5.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync and remove any sip.username key’s from it
